Chapter 00. The missed call

Booked while the whole town sleeps.

AXIS builds the site they can book from, the booking that captures the job, and the follow up that never forgets a quote.

04 The proof

One Melbourne store, A$3m a year, run this way.

The night shift, before the phone rings
The proof

The founder of AXIS owns and runs Super Cheap Fabrics, a Melbourne fabric retailer doing A$3m a year with 4,779 products live. The assistant answering its customers was built by him.

Stated up front because you can check it in one search. It makes the store a working reference rather than an independent one. There is no logo wall and no testimonial on this page, because AXIS has not earned one yet. The first will be a Melbourne trade, named with permission.

01. The work

A site built around one job: the booked customer.

AXIS begins where your day stops: the enquiry that lands at nine at night, on a phone, from someone whose pipe has just burst. The site is shaped around that person and the one thing they came to do, which is book you.

Every page carries a call button and a booking button where a thumb actually lands. The booking system lives inside the calendar you already run, never beside it, and the follow up behind it answers the enquiry, chases the quiet quote once, and asks the finished job for its review. Nothing here is a mockup. Neither is the store it was proven on.

The night shift

An enquiry at nine at night gets a personal, correct reply inside ten minutes, while you are asleep.

A quote that goes quiet gets exactly one follow up. A finished job gets asked for its review. You get a daily digest each morning, a do not contact list you control, and an off switch that is always yours.

02. The builds

Three things. One build. Yours outright.

Each card is a live view into the world behind this page. The site, the booking system inside it and the follow up behind it ship together in the one A$3,450 build, live in fourteen business days, and the A$690 run keeps them learning after.

Answered.

Your phone will ring tonight, after you lock up. Whether that call becomes a booked job is the only thing AXIS is for. Tell us what eats your week and the assessment will find it.
